Cancellation & Return Policy

Sizes & Specification

Well, we can't eliminate you ever having to deal with returns or exchanges, but with these few tips we can make sure it's rare.

The first, and perhaps most important thing is to get proper measurements of your kid. You can either take it yourself using our Measuring guide or take help of a local tailor. The hassle to measure Chest, Waist (around naval button), Length from Shoulders to ankle and Shoulders would be relatively lesser than going for exchanges / returns.

Second, every dress has size guide given along for your reference. Match the measurements with the one you have taken to pick the correct size. Remember, one Designer’s size 2 can be another Designer’s size 4.

Last, if you are still finding it difficult to pick the right size, please connect with us on +91 9599342065 (Available on WhatsApp also) / contactus@stylemylo.com. You may also send us the measurements of your kid by filling the Custom Tailoring Form given along with every dress or on WhatsApp alogwith your Order id. 

Still not happy with the fit? We would get the dress back to our studio and do the alterations. You simply have to contact us and tell us what size / measurements you would like us to use or you may also send along a sample dress for us to get the right measurements.

Return Policy for Customers in India

  1. Goods will be returned only if the return is initiated by contacting Stylemylo within 24 hours after the product is delivered and are returned in their original packaging within 10 days from the date it was delivered to you.
  2. Apparel, shoes and accessories items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. 
  3. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit. Since our designers keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time.
  4. All custom made orders and altered dresses are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. 
  5. Replaced / exchange product won't be replaced / exchanged again.
  6. In case of any alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  7. In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when Stylemylo approves it.
  8. After validating the return request and inspecting the product, value of the product returned/exchanged will be added to your Stylemylo account in 3 (three) working days of receiving the product. 
  9. Cash on Delivery charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.
  10. No exchange and refund on urgent delivery dresses.
  11. To initiate a return either call / whatsapp us on +91 9599342065 or mail us at contactus@stylemylo.com with the order ID. Our logistics partner will arrange pick up of the package or will provide an address for you to drop the package there.

 

Return Policy for Customers Outside India

Returns are accepted from customers outside India subjected to the below terms and conditions:

  1. Return should be requested within 48hrs from the delivery of the item.
  2. We will issue the store credit / refund the amount whichever applicable within 3 working days and would be communicated after validating the reason for return and inspecting the dress / article. The store credit / refund will be given after deducting 10% as processing fees and shipping charges levied at the time of check-out. Product has to be sent back by the customer only to our office in India with address: B-288, NIT, Nehru Ground, FaridabadHaryana 121001.
  3. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact.
  4. All custom made orders and altered dresses are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. 
  5. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be returned individually.
  6. No exchange and refund on urgent delivery dresses.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However the colors displayed on your screen depends on your color settings and monitor. Hence there might be some degree of variability in actual color and color displayed on your screen.


Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation by Company:

We make every effort to fulfil all orders placed. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, we might be unable to process some orders and have to cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product; error in pricing and stock information; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all, or any portion of your order is cancelled. If cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account within 7 - 10 working days. It can take upto two weeks to reflect your refund, so please be patient.

You understand and agree that in any such event where an order is cancelled by us, we shall not have any other liability, on any account whatsoever, except for the refund of payment made by you.

 

Cancellation by Customer:

We understand that you might have to cancel the order. You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order by sending an email to contactus@stylemylo.com or calling +91 9599342065, mentioning your order number and the reason for the cancellation. In case of pre-paid orders, the amount will be refunded back to the same account within 7 – 10 working days after deducting 5% as Online Payment Processing Fees. It can take upto two weeks to reflect your refund, so please be patient.

If your order has already been shipped, our customer service team will issue a refund after deducting 5% as Online Payment Processing Fees as soon as we have the confirmation from our delivery company that the parcel is stopped in transit and returned to us. It can take upto two weeks to reflect your refund, so please be patient.

 In case of Cash on Delivery orders we do not have any liability in terms of refund.
