Cancellation & Return Policy
Return Policy for Customers in India
- Request of return will only be processed if the return is initiated by contacting Stylemylo within three days of receiving the product. To initiate a return either call / whatsapp us on +91 9599342065 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order ID.
- We do not have a refund policy. We accept returns for store credit or exchange only. The original shipping charges and duties will not be included in Store Credit if an item is returned or exchanged. Rest Assured the product will pass various channels of Quality Check and you will receive what you order online, that's an assurance.
- After inspecting the product, store credit with one year validity will be issued within 3 (three) working days of receiving the product.
List of Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
- Custom made orders and made to order products
- Early delivery orders and Sale Items
- Replaced / exchanged product
- Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
- Orders placed using store credit
- Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it was delivered to the customer. We would arrange for the return pick-up at all the serviceable pin codes. If the pin code is not serviceable then you would have to send it back to us in our Gurgaon office and we would reimburse upto INR 150 for shipping charges.
- Apparel, shoes and accessories items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.
- Items sold as sets/combos cannot be returned individually.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However the colors displayed on your screen depends on your color settings and monitor. Hence there might be some degree of variability in actual color and color displayed on your screen.
Sizes & Specification
Well, we can't eliminate you ever having to deal with returns or exchanges, but with these few tips we can make sure it's rare.
The first, and perhaps most important thing is to get proper measurements of your kid. You can either take it yourself or take help of a local tailor.
Second, every dress has size guide given along for your reference. Match the measurements with the one you have taken to pick the correct size. Remember, one Designer’s size 2 can be another Designer’s size 4.
Last, if you are still finding it difficult to pick the right size, please connect with us on +91 9599342065 (Available on WhatsApp also) / email@example.com. You may send us the measurements of your kid on WhatsApp (91 9599342065) or send an email on firstname.lastname@example.org alogwith your Order id.
Still not happy with the fit? We would get the dress back to our studio and do the alterations (extra charges may be applicable). You simply have to contact us and tell us what size / measurements you would like us to use or you may also send along a sample dress for us to get the right measurements.

Cancellation by Company:
We make every effort to fulfill all orders placed. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, we might be unable to process some orders and have to cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product; error in pricing and stock information; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all, or any portion of your order is cancelled. If cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account within 7 - 10 working days. It can take upto two weeks to reflect your refund, so please be patient.
You understand and agree that in any such event where an order is cancelled by us, we shall not have any other liability, on any account whatsoever, except for the refund of payment made by you.
Cancellation by Customer:
We understand that you might have to cancel the order. You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order by sending an email to email@example.com or calling +91 9599342065, mentioning your order number. In case of pre-paid orders, the amount will be refunded in the same account within 7 – 10 working days after deducting 5% as Online Payment Processing Fees. It can take upto two weeks to reflect your refund, so please be patient. In case of Cash on Delivery orders we do not have any liability in terms of refund if the order is cancelled before dispatch. We won't be able to cancel the order / process refund once an item has been shipped out.
