Cancellation & Return Policy
At Stylemylo, we strive to make you happy each time you shop with us. Occasionally, you may change your mind. If you need to return an item, please follow the process below:
- Please initiate the request for return of product by contacting Stylemylo within three days of receiving the product. To initiate a return either call / whatsapp us on +91 9599342065 or mail us at email@example.com with the order ID. Click Here to fill online form to place request of exchange.
- Our logistics partner will collect the package from your doorstep.
- Once the product is received at our facility (it may take 5-7 days), we will conduct a quality check. If it is approved by our quality check team we will issue store credit with one year validity within 3 (three) working days of receiving the product.
- For few select pincodes, where we are unable to pick up the product, you can send the packet through a local courier to our warehouse (Stylemylo, B-288, Nehru Ground, N.I.T Faridabad, Haryana – 121001, Mob : 91 9599342065)
- In case of self return, we will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower.
- Please note that we accept returns for store credit or exchange only. The original shipping charges and duties will not be included in Store Credit if an item is returned or exchanged. You can use the credit to buy a new product or a replacement. Rest Assured the product will pass various channels of Quality Check and you will receive what you order online, that's an assurance.
- Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a store credit. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
- Apparel, shoes and accessories items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
- Please note we do not offer return pick up service for International orders (orders delivered outside India). In case, you need to return a product, please send it to (Stylemylo, B-288, Nehru Ground, N.I.T Faridabad, Haryana – 121001, Mob : 91 9599342065). All custom duties and shipping charges incurred for return of the product are to be borne by the customer.

- Replaced / exchanged product
- Orders placed using store credit
- Mom n Me outfits, Rakhi, Jewellery, Hair Accessories, Rugs, Room Decor items
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However the colors displayed on your screen depends on your color settings and monitor. Hence there might be some degree of variability in actual color and color displayed on your screen.
Cancellation by Company:
We make every effort to fulfill all orders placed. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, we might be unable to process some orders and have to cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product; error in pricing and stock information; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all, or any portion of your order is cancelled. If cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back to your credit card account within 7 - 10 working days. Please note it can take upto two weeks to reflect your refund.
You understand and agree that in any such event where an order is cancelled by us, we shall not have any other liability, on any account whatsoever, except for the refund of payment made by you.
Cancellation by Customer:
We understand that you might have to cancel the order. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +91 9599342065, mentioning your order number. In case of pre-paid orders, the amount will be refunded in the same account within 7 – 10 working days. Please note it can take upto two weeks to reflect your refund. In case of Cash on Delivery orders we do not have any liability in terms of refund if the order is cancelled before dispatch. We won't be able to cancel the order / process refund once an item has been shipped out.
Please note repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility.
