Do I need to set up an account with Stylemylo.com to place an order?
No, it is not necessary to set up an account to place an order. You can just enter your email id and use the “Continue as Guest” option during check out.
However, if you register with us, you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your www.stylemylo.com account:
  • Updates on what is the latest in store.
  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Save Shipping Details 
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
To create an account with us, simply click on “New User” at the top of the page and then fill in your details.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

 How do I make a purchase at Stylemylo.com?
Shopping at www.stylemylo.com is very easy and simple:
  • If you know what you are looking for, use the Girl, Boy, Sibling, Family, Personalised, Room Decor, Organic, Sale Links.
  • Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'Add To Bag' button
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'Shopping Bag' link at the top right hand side of the portal. You can use the 'Remove' button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on 'Proceed To Pay' to complete your order.
How do I find the right size?
The size guide that is available on each product page will solve your sizing queries. However, sizes may vary across designers, and we can further help by providing you the exact product dimensions so that you can compare it with your own.

Can I customize the desired outfit?
Yes, you can customize the outfit in terms of size, sleeves, length, color etc. Please call us or write in an email on contactus@stylemylo.com Currently, we offer size customization free of any charges. All custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our portal as accurately as possible. However the colors displayed on your screen depends on your color settings and monitor. Hence there might be some degree of variability in actual color and color displayed on your screen.
How will I know you received my order?
You will receive an email and a text message from us confirming that we have received your order.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order using these details on the “Track Order” section of our portal.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order. Please read our “Cancellation Policy” for more details.
In case of a return, how do I get my money refunded back?
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit. Please refer to our “Return Policy” for more details
I have not received all items that I have purchased. When will it be delivered?
If you have purchased multiple items, there is a fair chance that the items will get dispatched on separate days.
How long it will take to receive my order?
An estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on every product page. Please check the delivery time period while you proceed to checkout, as each product varies. We are not responsible for delays caused by destination custom clearances. However, once you have placed your order, we can give you information on the tracking of your items by simply clicking on ‘Track orders’ on the ‘My Account page’.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, you will need to sign for all orders. Since the products are of high value, we require proof of delivery. We will be unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
What payment methods does Stylemylo.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery, Online Payment, PayPal and Net Banking options.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Stylemylo.com?
At Stylemylo.com, your personal online security is important to us. There is SSL encryption technology at the Payment Gateway and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.
Do you have a shipping fee?
No, we do not charge any shipping fee within India. However, charges are levied for shipments in countries other than India. You are requested to check the final shipping charges at check out level after selecting the country and entering the post code.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.  If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email contactus@stylemylo.com
Can I add items to an existing order?
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. However, you can always place a new order and we’ll be happy to process it.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Does Stylemylo.com have seasonal sales?
Yes, Stylemylo.com has seasonal sales. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date with sale alerts.
Which all currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in Indian Rupees for all orders within India and US Dollars for all International orders. (Note - For customers outside India, only US dollar currencies are accepted by default.
I was not home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now? (Rest of the World)
Our courier partner will make at least 2 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or at a later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you. P.S.- If our courier partner fails to deliver your order after 2 attempts; it will hold your shipment for 5 days. During this period you may contact the courier partner to schedule delivery or to pick up the product (s). Post that your order(s) may be abandoned. Please note that we will not be able initiate any refund for the same.
